Youth:
Our Saviour's offers
programming for youth from age 4 through 12th grade.
School Year Activities:
The preschool and
elementary youth meet during a Sunday School hour each weekend
from Mid-September to Mid-May. This falls at 9:15 a.m. (right between
our 2 worship services). Youth are broken into classroom groups for
bible stories and fun activities and meet as larger groups for music
time.
Middle school youth
meet each Wednesday (September-May), after school, for the Confirmation Program, where
they hang out during concession time, discuss
biblical principles and stories, and listen to the faith stories of our
members. Each week after Confirmation, middle school youth are
encouraged to attend FROGs (Fully Relying On God), a group that deals
more with the day to day of being a Christian
High school youth
meet every Wednesday for FOCUS (Fellowship of Christians United
Spiritualy) where they talk openly and
honestly about everyday issues and how they relate to the Christian
faith. We are not afraid to ask about or discuss difficult
questions. Small group is a safe place where ALL youth are accepted as
part of the community. Additionally high school youth assist in
developing and organizing social activities and retreats, community
service and outreach projects, and interdenominational gatherings.
